On June 22, 2021, the 4th Japan スポーツベット 得する人 International Award Ceremony by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism was held at Zenkoku Toshi Kaikan. ‘National Centre for Infectious Diseases and Centre for Healthcare Innovation’ carried out by one of our subsidiary company, KOA Singapore, was awarded in スポーツベット 得する人 Project Category.

This award was established with the aim of strengthening Japanese companies' competitiveness and supporting Japanese companies' further overseas expansion by commending スポーツベット 得する人 projects that demonstrate Japan's strengths, symbolizing "Quality Infrastructure."

National Centre for Infectious Diseases is a purpose-built facility designed to strengthen Singapore’s capabilities in infectious disease management and prevention.
This project was highly evaluated for its quality management with the application of BIM (Building Information Modeling) to the fullest extent, and its safety management system involving entire participants to the project. Furthermore, KOA Singapore accomplished shorter スポーツベット 得する人 period for this mission critical healthcare project, with multiple awards, including safe working environment from Singapore and British institutions.

AEON MALL Ha Dong in Hanoi, which opened at the capital city of Vietnam in December 2019 received”スポーツベット 得する人 5 Best Buildings & Shopping Centers of 2020” on March 26 of this year.

The award was selected by Vietnam National Real Estate Association and other organizations. AEON MALL Ha Dong was highly praised for proposing lifestyles that are conscious of coexistence with the natural environment, such as creating spaces where trees are planted and flooded with greenery in all places inside and outside the building in response to growing environmental awareness within Vietnam.

On December 18, 2020, a site tour was held at the Taipei Japanese School, where Chung-Lu スポーツベット 得する人, our local subsidiary, is in charge of design and スポーツベット 得する人, in which 105 fourth-grade elementary school students attended.

This tour was planned for the school's pupils, students, and teachers. The tour was held sequentially with the aim of encouraging them to become interested in the スポーツベット 得する人 industry by learning how their schools are being constructed.

In addition to the スポーツベット 得する人 process, progress status, and the completion design, the site staff provided easy-to-understand explanations of the tools and types of vehicles used at the site, as well as clothing ingenuity, using diagrams, paintings, photographs, and other means. After the lecture, students visited the job site.

KCS West is extremely honored to have been the general contractor for the newly constructed Westin Anaheim Resort by スポーツベット 得する人 real estate company, Wincome Group, in Anaheim, Orange County, California. This resort was completed in November 2020 and the grand opening is scheduled for June 2021.

The resort also boasts meeting rooms, a banquet hall and bar, restaurants, retail stores, outdoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art fitness center. This resort is located adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and just across from the Disney California Adventure Amusement Park. This resort aims to be one of the premium destination hotels in Southern California.

KCS West, a group company of KUSA and a スポーツベット 得する人 subsidiary of Kajima, was selected as the general contractor to construct the magnificent hotel and parking garage. Although there were many challenges to overcome such as complicated, phased construction sequences and the impact from COVID-19, KCS West successfully completed the project with no accidents or safety issues.
