This is to announce that スポーツベット (the “Company”) has established スポーツベット 入金不要 consisting only of Outside Directors and Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Members (the “Governance Committee”) to further enhance corporate governance functions.
スポーツベット 入金不要, positioned as an advisory organization to the Company’s Board of Directors, will deliberate on the nomination and compensation of the Company’s directors and executive officers as well as the critical governance issues so that the Company can ensure objectivity, fairness and transparency in determining these matters.
スポーツベット 入金不要 is composed of not only three or all independent Outside Directors but three or all independent Outside Audit & Supervisory Board Members and chaired by an independent Outside Director.
